Mingle in the Fowler Museum at UCLA's beautiful courtyard, enjoy international food and drink, and experience one of the country's top museums of world arts, exploring everything from time-honored practices to the cutting edge of contemporary art. Catch the final days of "Nick Cave: Meet Me at the Center of the Earth," the traveling exhibition of fantastical, mixed-media "soundsuits" that New York Times art critic Roberta Smith says "fall squarely under the heading of Must Be Seen to Be Believed." Tour "Intersections: World Arts, Local Lives," the Fowler's innovative installation of highlights from its acclaimed permanent collection of art from Africa, Asia, the Pacific and the Americas. Visit "ART, ACTIVISM, ACCESS: 40 Years of Ethnic Studies at UCLA," showcasing the efforts and archives of the campus's ethnic studies departments. Heavy hors d'oeuvres, complimentary wine and soda, and dessert.Buses depart from the Convention Center West Entrance from 6:15 - 6:45 P.M. and return to host hotels from 9:30 - 10:00 P.M.
